In a groundbreaking development for the smartphone repair education sector in India, Britco Kerala has entered into a strategic partnership with Samsung India Electronics to offer Samsung Authorized Service Training programs.
Under this partnership, Britco students who complete the Samsung-specific training modules will receive official Samsung Authorized Repair Technician certification, making them eligible for employment at Samsung service centers across India and authorized third-party repair facilities.
The training curriculum has been co-developed by Britco’s technical team and Samsung’s service division, covering the entire range of Samsung smartphones and tablets, including the latest Galaxy S and Z series foldable devices.
Students will gain hands-on experience with Samsung-specific diagnostic software, genuine Samsung replacement parts, and manufacturer-approved repair procedures. This ensures that repairs meet Samsung’s quality standards and maintain device warranties.
“This partnership validates the quality of education we provide at Britco,” said the institute’s director. “Our students will now graduate with a manufacturer-backed certification that significantly enhances their employability and earning potential.”
The Samsung Authorized Training program will be available at all Britco centers starting April 2026, with priority enrollment for current students.
